With the creation of our new Terrain entry signs, we’ve had a few current residents ask us whether they live in Terrain or in Castle Oaks. The answer is, yes. People who bought a home in Castle Oaks now live in the Castle Oaks Village of Terrain. The Terrain community has been planned as a collection of distinctive villages, of which Castle Oaks Village is the first. And if you click on the community map here, you’ll see that Castle Oaks Village (indicated in white) will include several other neighborhoods. So Castle Oaks is still Castle Oaks. But now it’s part of a larger vision … and a richer lifestyle.
