Designed by Woodley Architectural Group, Terrain’s Clubhouse and Swim Club is exclusive to residents and situated on one of the best spots in the whole community. Rustic Contemporary architecture mimics the natural splendor of our land, blending the entire structure into the nearby stands of Gambel Oak. Little wonder it was named Best Clubhouse by the Homebuilders Association of Metro Denver.
Located along the trail system that runs through our neighborhoods and open spaces, the Clubhouse is easily accessible to everyone who lives here. It includes a large, beautifully appointed great room with a fireplace, comfortable couches and chairs, tables, and plenty of large windows looking out over the pool. Outfitted with locker rooms and showers, the Clubhouse opens to an expansive poolside deck and manicured lawn.
The indoor-outdoor design of Terrain’s Clubhouse is perfect for year-round community gatherings. This is where we hold most of our annual community wide events. It’s also where many of our lifestyle clubs meet for book clubs, bunko groups, dog walking groups, yoga classes, clothing exchanges, local brewery beer tastings, hiking, running and snowshoe adventures, live music by the pool…. there is always something interesting and entertaining going on.
As a resident of Terrain, the Clubhouse is here for your use. Stop in after a run or hike for a quick shower and dip in the pool. Gather with your neighbors for a spontaneous game night. Meet a friend for a long conversation by the fireplace. Or, reserve the entire facility for private parties and events.
