Each year, Denver Metro professionals in the marketing, sales, interior design, architectural and building of new homes gather for a gala celebration of excellence in the industry. The Marketing and Merchandising Excellence (MAME) Awards honor top achievers who have made outstanding contributions in the area, and this year Terrain is proud to be among them.

At this year’s awards ceremony, Terrain was awarded “Community of the Year.”While our residents already know what makes life at Terrain exceptional, we are thrilled to be recognized by our peers in the new home industry.
