If you work from home, our 2-story, 4 bed, 2.5 bath Arvada floor plan starts at 2,905 square feet and can expand from there; it offers an option for a study, a covered patio, a chef’s kitchen, and a 3rd bathroom, so lots of room to customize as needed. Three full bathrooms are included in our Crawford plan which also offers 4 bedrooms, a three-car garage and starts at 3,148 square feet. This plan is unique in that one of the bedrooms and a full bath are on the main level — great for the mother-in-law or anyone wanting to be on the ground floor. The Dillon is another large 2-story floor plan that boasts 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a three car garage, and an option for a second patio!

The Haswell is a cozy 2,272 square foot ranch with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It’s a great option as is, or you can add a flex room, a 4th bedroom, and upgrade to a chef’s kitchen. The Julesberg is another slightly more spacious 1-story with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths starting at 2,343 square feet. You can make one of the bedrooms a flex space or office and depending on lot size, there may be an option for a 3-car garage. If you’re into outdoor space, the Grover comes with a porch, and a covered patio! It is 2,103 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and provides two finished basement options. When it’s all said and done, this home can be a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom beauty — a great choice for your family.
