The kickoff event is Saturday, August 13th, 9:00 am – 2:00 pm.

Tour a gorgeous model home from any one of Terrain’s premiere builders and be entered to win a basket full of goodies, including $200 in gift cards and specialty items from local shops. There are three baskets, so be sure to visit and tour new home models from all three home builders to get your name entered for all three drawings. Three baskets = three chances to win!

Can’t make the kickoff?
Don’t worry! The Parade of Homes runs through Labor Day (Sept. 5), so you have plenty of time to come check out our model homes, talk to residents, and get a taste of what it’s like where there’s room for life. We look forward to seeing you!

The event kicks off from the Terrain Swim Club located at:
1465 Autumn Sage Road, Castle Rock, CO 80108
From I-25, take exit 184 (Founders/Meadows Parkway) and go east on Founders Parkway for 3 miles. Take a left on Rising Sun Drive and follow the signs for the model homes or Terrain Swim Club. We look forward to seeing you!
