Mark your December calendars for a few opportunities for upcoming festive fun. Santa Claus will make an appearance at Terrain on Saturday, December 6 and Saturday, December 13 thanks to Terrain builders, and TRI Pointe.

Santa at Lennar Model Homes Saturday, December 6 Santa will visit the Lennar model homes from noon to 3 p.m. on Saturday, December 6. We invite current and future Terrain residents, as well as those curious about the neighborhood, to join us at this special event!

Polar Express and PJs on December 6 and December 13 The Terrain community will host two “Polar Express and PJs” movie nights in December. These events are open to Terrain residents only. Dress in your favorite cozy pajamas, bring a pillow and blanket and watch “The Polar Express” with your friends and neighbors. Light refreshments will be served. “The Polar Express” is rate “G” and run time is 1 hour 45 minutes. Seating is first-come, first-served.

Santa at TRI Pointe Model Homes Saturday, December 13 Santa’s visit to the TRI Pointe models from noon-3 p.m. on Saturday, December 13 will include story time and some quality time with Terrain’s kiddos. The event is open to residents and future homebuyers alike. Join us!
