For many of us, summer is the time to transform and update the yard — and the front yard is the place most folks focus on first. Start by accessing your house from the outside, at the curb, to see what your landscaping needs are.
If you’re thinking about planting a garden, you might want to consider going with drought-tolerant choices, which complement Colorado’s climate. An even easier option? Front porch pots and container gardens, which only require a container, some soil, and plants, adding instant charm. Just a reminder: when you are landscaping your front yard, please make sure that all exterior changes have been approved. The submission form is located on the website: www.msihoa.com. The form, along with a detailed plan of your improvement, can be emailed, faxed, or mailed to the Community Manager, Linda Langewisch. If you are planting annuals or adding additional pots on the front porch, they do not require a submission.
