Starwood Land Ventures is excited to announce the recent approval of two Site Development Plans within Terrain. The first approval is for Planning Areas 45 & 46, which are the 60 acres situated at the northwest corner of Autumn Sage and HWY 86. This site plan includes 155 lots, 62% of which back to open space, and 32+ acres of open space. The second approval was for Planning Areas 34 to 43, the portion of Terrain known as Ravenwood Village. Ravenwood Village will encompass 367 lots across nearly 130 acres. With an additional 80 acres purchased by Starwood in early 2015, Ravenwood will be nearly 60% open space. Along with the beauty of the open space, Starwood will be constructing a
