If you have been over to the Swim Club recently you may have noticed that Dog Bone Park is well under construction! All of the grading and underground work is complete. The landscape and hardscape components are next. If we continue to have a summer-like fall and no major precipitation, the park will be completed by Thanksgiving. The development team is working feverously to complete the Autumn Sage extension south to Highway 86. Paving is expected in October. Again, with the good weather stipulation noted earlier, this new southern entrance to our community should be open by Thanksgiving as well!

The construction of the soft trail from Founders Parkway to the Dog Park and Swim Club has begun. We hope Phase I of this trail will open in conjunction with the Dog Park Grand Opening.

Additional exciting news! We welcome two new builders to the Terrain community: DR Horton and Taylor Morrison. DR Horton is developing 88 lots directly east of the Swim Club on Autumn Sage while Taylor Morrison is developing 56 lots just south of DR Horton also on Autumn Sage. Both builders hope to start model construction at the first of the year with models open sometime in late spring/early summer 2016.
