DR Horton and Taylor Morrison will soon be developing lots in the Flat Rock Village neighborhood, close to the Swim Club.

DR Horton will begin moving dirt in early June in the area directly across Autumn Sage from the Swim Club. Taylor Morrison’s newest homes will be south of there, along the soon-to-be-completed extension of Autumn Sage.

Now that the precipitation has subsided, construction on Dog Bone Park, additional parking spaces, and the trail connecting Founders Parkway to the Swim Club is also expected to begin soon! Construction will be managed by Castle Oaks Metropolitan District #3.

This work will continue throughout the summer with an anticipated opening date of early September.
