The Colorado Front Range Trail is a large paved trail system that will eventually stretch from the Wyoming border all the way to New Mexico. And Terrain sits right in the middle of it. That means that our own trail network not only connects our entire community – we also have ready access to trailheads at Hidden Mesa Open Space, Gateway Open Space and the Woodlands Bowl Open Space.

Terrain is located on 1,185 acres of natural splendor, tucked away in the small valley that follows McMurdo Gulch. Nearly half of this land is reserved for parks, open space and the preservation of historical markers. A large trail network connects us to a Castlewood Canyon National Park and thousands of acres of protected open space. So all we have to do to enjoy the great Colorado outdoors is step outside our front door.
