We think the key word in “community management” is community. That sounds obvious… and yet, many of us have had experience with neighborhood organizations and HOA’s that felt otherwise. We just think that home is about more than bricks and mortar. Home is about the people who live here.
Terrain’s Clubhouse, Swim Club, parks, and open spaces are all host to a variety of annual, community-wide events such as… The Easter Egg hunt, which involves thousands of eggs, music, games, and refreshments.
The Fourth of July Parade & Party, a community event where kids, pets, and even a few grownups, deck out their bikes in glitzy, patriotic embellishments to celebrate Independence Day. The yearly Fall Festival, a fun, family event with carnival games, prizes, and music! A Christmas visit from Santa, where kids can bring their letters and gift lists, make a fun craft, and enjoy a sweet treat.
Plus, community garage sales, potlucks, book clubs, bunko groups, dog walking groups, yoga classes, clothing exchanges, local brewery beer tastings, hiking, running and snowshoe clubs, live music by the pool, and so much more.
Whatever your age or interest, you’ll find a community of people who share it. Because… we created Terrain to be more than a great place to live. We wanted it to be a great place to be.

Terrain has three committees made up of volunteer homeowners within the community. The purpose of these committees is to work closely with the Master Association Board of Directors to ensure that resident needs are known and addressed. Good, clear communication is a value we hold strongly, and we are honored by the spirit of neighborliness and camaraderie that are a hallmark of all three committees.
By volunteering their time and effort, these committee members are serving to enhance the community as a whole at Terrain. From fun social events like the 4th of July parade to ensuring that the amenities are well-maintained, the committees at Terrain are key to the vitality and health of the community.
For details on how to join a committee, please contact Michelle Peck, your Community Manager, at 303-985-9623.
