We are now in the process of replacing the entry monuments for Terrain. The new monuments are designed to reflect the rugged beauty of Terrain — its geography and geology. So when you drive home, you’ll now be greeted by a reminder of what a beautiful place you live in. In working to remove the old monuments, we were surprised to discover concrete-filled steel pipe underlying some of the structures. (See the photo.) It was like pulling on a little weed in your front yard only to find out that it’s held in place by three-foot-long taproot. Speaking of roots, we’ll be completing the landscaping around the new monuments in late spring when the weather gets nice.
