The Annual Patriotic Bike Parade & Swim Party was a huge success! Thanks to everyone who came out and participated, and a huge thank you to everyone who helped to organize the event.

This favorite summer tradition was held here at Terrain on Saturday, July 1. The fun kicked off at 11:00 am, when people began to congregate at Wrangler Park. We were so impressed by all the colorful and festive bikes, scooters, wagons, and strollers!

The Bike Parade began at 11:30 am and wound its way over to the Swim Club. After biking and walking in the hot sun, everyone was ready for a refreshing dip in the pool.

Three food trucks came and provided tasty lunch and snacks to Terrain residents. A huge thank you to 100% Street Tacos, Sweet Ride Bake Shop, and Kona Ice for the delicious food!

In addition to the pool, kids got to enjoy face painting, water tattoos, and games, as well as free giveaways including beach balls and sunglasses. The party officially wrapped up at 4:00 pm, though some people stayed to enjoy the pool a little longer while others went to catch early fireworks displays.

We love our community and appreciate events where we can get to know new neighbors and stay in touch with old friends. Have a great summer, everyone. See you next time at the Swim Club!
