What’s summer without barbecues, ice cream, kids running through sprinklers, late night conversations under a warm sky bright with stars, and long, lazy days at the pool?
Long before we started building our neighborhoods into the natural landscape and paving trails to connect the entire community, we knew that a beautiful, clear swimming pool and Clubhouse had to be part of the plan. Designed by Woodley Architectural Group, Terrain Swim Club is exclusive to residents and situated on one of the best spots in the whole community. Located along the trail system that runs through our neighborhoods and open spaces, it is easily accessible to everyone who lives here.
The Swim Club includes an indoor gathering place that opens to the pool and deck area, and inspiring views up the valley to the northeast. Rustic Contemporary architecture mimics the natural splendor of our land, blending the entire structure into the nearby stands of Gambel Oak. Little wonder it was named Best Clubhouse by the Homebuilders Association of Metro Denver.
It’s certainly one of our favorite places to be during the long summer months. It’s the perfect place to enjoy the sun, book in hand, while sipping on a tall glass of ice tea or lemonade. It’s exactly what we want after a long summer hike or bike ride, or day spent working in our yards and gardens. It’s where we spend birthday parties and where we entertain our friends. It’s where we meet our neighbors to cool off and catch up on life.
It’s one more way to enjoy a long Colorado summer, and it’s just outside our front door.
