There’s a lot of festive fun to be had at Terrain this month with events scheduled on two different dates to help you and your family get into the holiday spirit. Santa Claus makes the trip to Terrain on Saturday, December 6, and again on Saturday, December 13, thanks to Terrain builders Lennar Homes and TRI Pointe Homes.

Saturday, December 6
Noon – 3 p.m.
Santa at Terrain’s Lennar Model Homes Santa visits the Lennar model homes from noon to 3 p.m. on Saturday, December 6, for stories and one-on-one time with the children. We invite current and future Terrain residents, as well as those curious about the neighborhood, to join us at this special event!

Saturday, December 13
Noon – 3 p.m.
Santa at Terrain’s TRI Pointe Model Homes Santa returns to Terrain for story time and some quality time with Terrain’s kiddos at the TRI-Pointe models from noon to 3 p.m. on Saturday, December 13. The event is open to residents and future homebuyers alike. Join us!
