The community plan for Terrain includes a lot of details that are intended to preserve the character of the land. For example, what you see here is an illustration of how Valley View Road could be re-designed as a divided roadway in certain places. This would create a more natural feel, with narrow, windy lanes separated by landscaped medians. And did you notice the orange, bushy areas? Those are places where we’re preserving native Gambel oak, weaving it right into the neighborhood plan.
