Two fun events are coming to Terrain in September. Don’t forget to save the date! 

Monday, Sept. 7—Pool Closing Party 

The Terrain Swim Club will celebrate the end of summer with one last pool party on Labor Day, Monday, September 7!  Come and join the fun from noon to 3 pm. The Kona Ice truck will be on-site serving up tropical shaved ice. The first 250 guests will receive a complimentary small shaved cone. Quantities are limited; the complimentary cones are first come, first served. 

Friday, Sept. 18 and Saturday, Sept. 19—Community Garage Sale 

Get ready! The Terrain community will hold our Fall Community Garage Sale the weekend of September 18th.
General signage will be placed at the entrances to the community, and the event will be advertised locally. You may use additional signage to direct shoppers to your specific location. (Please remember to remove your signs by no later than 7 p.m. on Sunday, September 20.)

Sunday, Sept. 20 — Donations Day 

Following the garage sales on Friday and Saturday, the Terrain community will host a “donation day” on Sunday, September 20, in partnership with Disabled American Veterans and Mountain Thrift Stores. Drop off your donations at the Terrain Swim Club from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. for a worthy cause!  Receipts will be provided.
